As a brand that takes great pains to put quality and customer experience first, including painstaking vendor and product sourcing and food-focused operational innovations, it can be challenging to communicate the extent of our "behind the scenes" work. In many cases simple and effective visual representations can be extremely illustrative.
Creating the most visually engaging representations possible of what might, on paper, appear to be somewhat "dry" or even inconsequential to customer perception can be difficult. However, it can be extremely rewarding and engaging and build engagement and trust between operational teams and marketing/creative teams when executed successfully. Some of the more "adventurous" projects, whether it be on open water on a crabbing boat in the Chesapeake Bay or crouched in tall wild grasses capturing lambs grazing on a farm in upstate New York, are also incredibly personally fulfilling and enriching experiences.
