Another unique challenge for online-only retail is creating a personable and engaging brand and conveying our team's care for and interest in our customers when we have limited opportunities for in-person/face-to-face interaction. One way to help bridge this gap is to create inviting imagery of team members throughout the organization.
This includes environmental portraiture of team members "in action" performing their regular tasks, helping to give the customer some insight into the work that goes on daily "behind the scenes" to provide them with exceptional service. More formal studio headshots help represent our team members with a consistent, complimentary visual style to internal and external partners.
